My watch battery is low

I have an apple watch. When the battery gets low, it still buzzes to let me know that I have a notification, but when I look at the screen, all it tells me at first glance is that I have less than 10% battery remaining.

Do you think we, as humans, communicate in this way? I do. Sometimes the words, the actual message, gets lost in the delivery. Our non-verbal communication can be so over-powering that the message we want to get across is blocked by our attitude.

There is something to be said for "leaving your emotions/problems/attitude/etc. at the door." Those issues that you are carrying with you impact your relationships with others. On the other hand, we can't just stop interacting with others because we are tired or grumpy.

So if, like me, you occasionally find yourself stumbling over your own "low power" notifications, take a break to recharge a bit before going back out there.

That's what I'm doing here; I finally found my way back. I was in the thick of it during the last year, adjusting to being a full time working mother, and not really crushing it the way I wanted. I mean, I knew I would be hard, I just didn't know it would be this hard.
